Only products that are in their original packaging and unused can be returned.

Seed packages must not be opened. Opened or damaged packages cannot be returned.

Return Period:

You can request a refund within 7 days from the product delivery.

If the return request exceeds the specified time period, the return may not be accepted.

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with the steps required for the return.

Send the products to the specified address after receiving return approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
